Value Prism Consulting is a management consulting firm with an immediate opening for experienced Graphic Designer for both in-house and client projects.   We are looking for an individual who can design, build, and program web pages and create graphics for marketing materials using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Specific duties will include working in PowerPoint to create, develop, edit, and distribute external and internal presentations

  • Prepare and present client and executive presentations; create print collateral such posters, event banners, display booth posters, post cards, mailers, brochures, interactive PDFs, booklets, etc.

  • Track workflow, ensuring that jobs are completed in required time frames to client specifications - keeping log and updates regarding various graphic design jobs and their progress

  • Design and build web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools

  • Contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the appeal of the organization online offerings

  • Ensure cross-capability between browsers and operating systems for all web sites

  • Manage website branding to ensure consistency between all digital pieces and their print equivalents

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2+ years graphics design experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to take a project from concept through production

  • Must be able to take constructive client feedback to deliver high quality and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to envision and implement graphical concepts to address client solutions and satisfy client needs

  • Experience with graphic design and desktop publishing software packages and have global sensitivity to diversity through imagery, symbols, and color selection

  • Expert PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) skills

  • Strong Flash and/or Silverlight skills

  • Solid MS Office skills

  • Some team / project management experience

  • Marketing experience
