Value Prism Consulting is looking for dedicated and ambitious professionals with previous valuation experience for its Atlanta and Seattle offices.  Professionals will perform valuations of publicly traded and closely held entities, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments for variety of purposes. Specifically, consultants will be required to independently:

• Conduct client interviews and gather data from the client as well as from secondary research sources

• Prepare valuation analysis utilizing all accepted and relevant approaches

• Prepare client deliverables consisting of Excel models, Word and PowerPoint documents

• Ensure quality control of work product

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• 2+ years of relevant valuation and/or transfer pricing experience, preferably from one of the Big Four firms

• Proven track record in developing and managing client relationships leading to new and repeat engagements (Managers and Directors)

• Undergraduate degree in business or an MBA degree

• Progress towards achievement of valuation designations such as ASA or CFA

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of tax and accounting pronouncements requiring valuation opinions

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on client deadlines
